Adam DesRosiers M.S.

Adam knows and loves knives for as long as he can remember.

Born into a family of homesteaders and commercial fishermen, the feeling a knife in his hand on a daily basis has been familiar to him from the age of three. Adam’s art is founded on an intuitive understanding of how to use knives and a lifetime of studying the design aspects that make them perform as tools and weapons. Adam began making knives professionally in 2004, attending the American Blade Society’s bladesmithing school and studying under Master Smiths, such as Jason Knight and Rodrigo Sfreddo. He achieved his Master Smith rating in 2011. He lives off-grid with his wife Haley, also a Master Smith, and their two young children. Hunting, fishing, bladesmithing and pioneer living are part of their everyday way of life.
